An entirely new perspective on safety - that's what you can expect from the Fly Racing Formula Helmet. Introducing a multi-layered and adaptive impact system, the Formula Helmet utilizes cutting edge technologies focused on protection beyond the the risk of skull fractures and deep into the realm of dangerous concussions.

Fly's Impact Energy Cells, enhanced with RHEON, make up the Formula's first line of defense. With the help of RHEON, an innovative viscoelastic material, Fly's Impact Energy Cells enhance energy dissipation on impact through seven strategically placed energy cells in the helmet's interior. For the Formula Helmet's second act in protection, Fly has paired their patented Conehead EPS technology with expanded volume EPS in six highly critical zones, each specifically designed to respond accordingly to both low and high speed impacts. As an added bonus, the Conehead EPS design renders a softer and lighter EPS which increases the helmets comfort by reducing its overall weight and more efficiently absorbing impact forces over a wider array of impact situations. Finally, cloaked in 12K carbon fiber, the Formula Helmet's shell is lightweight and incredibly robust with a flexible nylon peak that resists breaking and features a quick release mounting system.

Adaptive Impact System:

  • 12K carbon fiber shell:
    • Produces an extremely lightweight shell with superior penetration resistance
  • Impact Energy Cells:
    • Made of RHEON, the Impact Energy Cells maximize absorption of low speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain
  • Conehead EPS Technology:
    • Provides a softer liner whereby the cones help manage or absorb an impact force more efficiently.
    • Six critical zones have been fine tuned for a progressive response to low speed and high speed impacts
  • Expanded volume EPS:
    • Strategic areas of the helmet have more impact absorbing EPS, more suspension between your head and the ground

Features:

  • EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) chin bar
  • Clavicle shell relief zone
  • Custom molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard
  • Lightweight custom visor screws and titanium alloy D-rings
  • Anti-microbial, quick-release comfort liner and cheek pads
  • TFV (True Functional Ventilation) intake and exhaust vents with EPS vent channels
  • Premium helmet garage included
  • Meets or exceeds ECE and DOT standards

While there isn't a law requiring ecommerce stores to have a Return Policy, you may need one if you wish to enforce your terms and parameters of returns and refunds.

For example, in the state of New York, if a retailer does not provide a Return & Refund Policy, the retailer will be required to accept returns and give refunds for all merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to limit this in any way, you will need to create and post a Return Policy with your own custom terms.

Another reason for having a Return Policy even if not required by law is that most consumers prefer to shop at retailers with a clearly-posted Return Policy. This is especially important when shopping online, as more issues are likely when purchasing something without being able to see it in person first.

If you don't have a Return Policy, you may be at the mercy of state laws regulating return and refund timeframes. You may also lose potential customers who are concerned about not being able to return a product if they need or want to.
