Returns and Exchanges

At Ace Sports, we value the service we provide to our customers. We take pride in making our customers feel confident in their purchases. In order to provide the best customer service possible, we offer free exchange on your FIRST GEAR RETURN

Ace Sports will happily accept returns and exchanges provided that they are in NEW and UNUSED condition and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please do not use the manufacturers packaging as a shipping container. Any product that has been worn, used, or installed will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.

All items must be returned within 7 BUSINESS DAYS.


Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used on the order. You will be emailed a receipt once the refund has been processed. Refunds will post back to the account after 3-10 business days from the processing date. Gift card and expired credit card refunds are subject to store credit.

Standard Return Process

Ace Sports will gladly exchange current and unused items in their original packaging within 7 business days of receiving your order.

15% restocking fee applies to Blowouts, Clearance, Flash Sale Items and Second Order Returns. Closeout sales are Final. 

  1. Please courier the returned items to us with a note stating why the items are being returned or exchanged.
  2. You will be sent a confirmation email and invoice once your refund/exchange has been processed.
  3. The exchanged items will be shipped back to you via our freight company.

Warranty Return Policy

Ace Sports does not offer any type of direct warranty on products. All warranty goes directly to the manufacturers. Our returns department will assist with the warranty process. Prior to sending back any warranty item please contact our returns specialist at or by phone at 061-585-9056. Our returns specialist will require pictures of the defective products as well as a statement from the customer regarding the condition of the defects.

Warranty Process

  1. Contact our returns specialist about your warranty.
  2. Once our returns specialist receives required information, they will contact the manufacturer to get feedback. Once received, our returns specialist will contact you and you may courier the items back to us.
  3. Upon receiving the product, a replacement will be sent back to the customer free of charge.
