The revolutionary design of the Dual Stage Pivot System is patented and exclusive to Gaerne, assuring it to be a success. The first pivot is attached to the “razorback”, which provides a rigid component and offers strong lateral support while a glideplate keeps the upper in a firm, upright position. The SG-12 utilizes four lightweight alloy buckles that attach to an adjustable strap. This is a “Tried and True” system that provides the rider with an “Easy in” and “Easy out” non failure system.

• A gaiter made of a Swiss breathable fabric called ACRONOS, is extremely stretchy but has the perfect shape to keep the sand and debris out
• The toecap has been re-designed and reinforced to provide tougher performance
• The heel cup has been designed to absorb shock in the case of a rear compression
• An upgraded toe box features a slimmer shape in the toe area for an improved feel of the shift lever
• Entire toe box area is wrapped by a plastic material which is lighter and provides improved comfort
• A thermoplastic shin plate is anatomically shaped for a perfect fit
• By removing three screws a rider can also make the opening wider to accommodate a bigger leg or knee-brace
• The SG-12 utilizes four lightweight alloy buckles that attach to an adjustable strap
• On the inner side of the boot is “grip guard” to help you grip the bike, as well as acting as a heat resistant pad protecting your leg from the exhaust

SG12 ENDURO

The SG12 ENDURO sets the ultimate benchmark in off-road boot. Tailored specifically for the demanding discipline of enduro riding, this boot excels in providing optimal features ensuring riders conquer diverse and challenging terrains with exceptional performance.
The DSPS (Dual Stage Pivot System) provides superior lateral support preventing over-compression and hyper-extension, while allowing the rider’s foot to feel natural on the peg during shifting or braking.
The boot features a PU-injected front shin plate and a strategically designed heel cup for enhanced protection and comfort. The Toe-Box is precision-shaped in the toe area, enhancing the rider's feel of the shift lever, and optimizing bike control.
The Closure System comprises four lightweight and replaceable buckles, featuring rubber details for optimal grip and traction during use. Additionally, a Velcro strap on top ensures a precise and secure fit closure. The first two top buckles are adjustable, providing versatility to accommodate larger legs or knee braces.
The "Grip Guard" rubber on the inner side of the boot not only provides exceptional grip with the bike but also functions as heat-resistant padding against the inner leg.
The interior lining showcases the renowned 'Gaerne Memory Cell Foam,' which delivers a customized and supportive feel. This advanced foam ensures an optimal and comfortable experience throughout use, enhancing overall comfort and performance.
The insole is expertly molded to provide proper support to the foot. In the rear portion of the foot-bed, a new shock-absorbing material has been incorporated, ensuring comfort during rides. The front portion of the construction is designed to allow for ventilation, promoting air circulation and keeping the foot cool.
